Repair requests

When you submit a repair request we process the data you provide (name, phone number, optional email, postal code and damage details) to connect you with a suitable partner repair shop in your region (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sharing with repair shops

We share your contact and damage details with one or more partner repair shops. The repair shop processes this data as an independent controller to contact you and prepare a quote.
